چکیده

We attempt to discuss the effect of metformin combined with dapagliflozin on homocysteine, cystatin-c and beta-2 microglobulin levels in patients type 2 diabetes mellitus. selected 150 mellitus treated our hospital from July 2018 October 2021. According random number table method, we divided them into observation group (metformin tablets tablets) control hydrochloride tablets), 75 cases each group. All were continuously for 24 w. After treatment, compared both groups blood glucose level, islet function indexes before after cystatin-c, lipid metabolism indexes, then recorded adverse reactions rate groups. possessed lower fasting glucose, h postload hemoglobin A1c body mass index than (p<0.05), (p<0.05). Observation higher high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, homeostasis model assessment-beta cell low-density cholesterol group, but triglyceride, assessment-insulin resistance total The (13.33 %) had no remarkable difference (9.33 (p>0.05). Metformin can effectively reduce good safety.
